IMPORTANT : Even if you have no plans to move and personally are unable to take advantage of this offer, you can pass your Commission Savings Certificate along to a friend or family member or someone who can benefit from the savings.

Even Better: If you refer a friend, neighbour or relative to us while you have your home listed with us and we list your referral’s home too, we will deduct 1/2 of a percentage point of our commission for any referral that turns into real business, between the time you list with us and the time you close your new home.
