Builder Lanterra Developments & Lifetime Homes are now planning their third tower, this one 38 storeys high with view of Lake Ontario & June Callwood Park.
The interiors are by the munge/leung design associates and the location is very close to all the waterfront ammenities including Coronation Park, Ontario Place & the CNE grounds. Currently their first building in this development 219 Fort York was recently registered 231 should be registered in a few more months.
This development is very popular and has good ammenities, such as 24 hour concierge, party room , rooftop garden with hot tub and barbecues, a recreation centre with indoor pool, whirlpool, fitness facilities and aerobics area.
If you buy in 219 on the south side of the building or the new building there is a good chance of having full lake views.. on the north side of the building you will be staring into other folk’s units. The buildings are oddly angled to try to optimize views but on the lower floors it just doesn’t work particularly on the north view of the building where there is not much light.
