St. Lawrence Lofts is located at 81A Front Street East. This four storey building is the oldest loft in Toronto, it was built in 1860 (Canada wasn’t even known as a country at the time!)and was recently converted into this 54 unit hard loft.
The units at St. Lawrence Lofts range in size from 593 square feet to 1,290 square feet. Original warehouse features still remain throughout the conversion, such as: exposed brick, ductwork, wood posts and beams, exposed air ducts, hardwood floors, and 10 foot ceilings. New additions have also been built, like the buildings centerpiece for example, it’s a atrium flourishing with greenery throughout the entire year.
St. Lawrence Lofts is basically next door to the well known St. Lawrence Market. You won’t have to go far for all your shopping needs. Not to mention you won’t want to make food at home with all the nice restaurants that are nearby.
Unfortunately, one downside with St. Lawrence Lofts is that there is no parking that comes any of the units.
