Royal LePage Garage Sale for the Woman’s Shelter
It’s time for our annual Royal Le Page Garage Sale for The Woman’s Shelter. There are lots of items that we need and would appreciate your contribution.
But you may need some help in decluttering your home so I thought I would send you the link to a great article I found online a couple of months back with regards to de-cluttering done by Peter Walsh of ” Does This Clutter Make My Butt Look Fat” book fame.
It is a detailed primer on getting the job done. With spring here I have been de-cluttering my house the last couple of weeks and it sure does feel good. Funny how you can work much better when you get rid of a few bagfuls of stuff. It’s like cleaning out the cobwebs in your brain.
The sale for the Woman’s Shelter is next Friday May 9th and the drop off address is listed below along with times. Here’s the list of items in good condition that we are looking for:
o Small kitchen appliances
o Pots, pans, bakeware
o Cutlery, serving and cooking utensils
o Drinking glasses and dishes
o Books
o Toys and Games
o Jewellery
o Luggage
o Furniture
o Records, CDs & DVDs
o Sporting Equipment
o Working Electronics
o Tools
o Decorative home and gift items
