Yesterday I had a very nice opportunity to participate in a Real Estate Expert Panel Live on Global News. It has been a few years since I have been invited on TV and it is interesting to see the changes on a live set. Everything today is done with green screen in the rear of you. That is so they can make it look like you are in fact in Hawaii with waving palms in behind you if they should choose to. But it was quite strange to have 4 walls of green screen surrounding us plus floor and ceiling.
