Aeriol my sweet angel...you overwhelm me!!...thank you for being such an amazing agent but more so for going over and above the call of duty and being a great friend...you practice what you preach and you fulfill your promises...i've never encountered such a diligent, professional, caring and kind real estate agent in all my purchases and sales of 16 homes in my lifetime...you are a special individual and i'm so glad i found you...I wanted to also express to you that after 7 months of having my home listed and 3 different agents involved I will never forget how you came into mine and David's life and had the home sold within 3 days of meeting us...we were at our wits end and were so motivated that we were ready to renovate, hire spiritualists to cleanse our home, rebuild, repaint, redesign...with only 6 weeks left before the home we purchased in November was ready to close, you came along and restored our faith in real estate, real estate agents and humanity...nobody does it like you Aeriol...I still hear from my neighbours commenting on our situation...Here's a sample, "we thought your place was haunted and it would never sell" ..and "thank god you found that lady from Kalles..she was so smart to used those brochures in that mailbox to sell your home, we've never seen that before"..Aeriol you not only got us the price we wanted but you fulfilled your mission statement to us..I will miss seeing you dropping by at the most ungodly hours, putting up my sign, replenishing brochures, taking pictures or just checking up on us..You are the greatest and you will have our business forever...We have already told everyone we know about your service and talent...We hope these will translate into many years of sales for you...Thank you again and we will miss you as we move into our new home tomorrow...Anita Bell and David Ksiazek...
