We Finally Got Our Dream House…

Dear Aeriol,
I am writing to thank you for guiding me through the recent purchase of my new home and sale of my loft. You made the 13 days between seeing my dream house and the sale of my loft go as smoothly as it possibly could, and kept me calm during what was, for me, a highly stressful period.

what we wanted, but nothing really clicked until we saw THE house. As a first time house buyer, I needed the expertise of someone who had been in the field for many years and knew what things to ask for and where to concede when dealing with the selling agent.

You were very straightforward with me about the pros and cons of the place, never pressuring me or neglecting to mention things you felt might be shortcomings of the property, when other agents might not make mention of these factors in an effort to secure a quick and easy sale. I truly felt as if I were going into this with my eyes open.

I was very impressed with your handling of the purchase of my house, but nothing could compare to the skill with which you handled the sale of my loft. Having bought the house first, I was in quite a panic to sell my loft quickly. Your plan was solid and based on years of knowledge from working in the business. My loft was on the market for only 6 days (the average days-on-market in my loft building was 28 days) and brought in multiple offers. The fact that I sold for almost 120% of asking price, in a market saturated with condos and lofts for sale, is a testament to your ability to keep cool under pressure.
