Toronto real estate - Neighbourhoods are our specialty

If you have been wondering how 2011 has shaped up in comparison to past years in Toronto Real estate take a look at the two graphs below.
They are quite self explanatory and will show you a volume comparison and an average price comparison for the Toronto Real Estate Market.

Our market is growing and prices are still on the rise, against all expectations.
In the 3 minutes video below our own Jason Mercer tells you how the market behaved in November.
Toronto, December 6, 2011 – Greater Toronto REALTORS® reported 7,092 residential transactions through the TorontoMLS® system in November – up 11 per cent in comparison to November [...]

I always love the little graphic below that the real estate board does for us monthly demonstrating what homes and condos are selling for in Toronto in several categories.
It’s kind of a quick and easy way to get a grasp on the marketplace and what is going on at the moment.
Here are Treb’s detailed housing charts. They are very handy to have if you are considering buying or selling and trying to gage what is happening in the market. They give you an in depth view. However, for a clear interpretation give me a call. 647-886-1550 Aeriol

My wife and I met Aeriol at an open house when we were looking for our first home nearly seven years ago. I was immediately struck by her completely frank way of speaking with us. Here was someone who would tell us what she truly thought not what she thought we wanted to hear. We asked her to be our agent that very day. Within seven days she had found us our first house.
Aeriol guided us through the whole daunting process of becoming a first-time home owner, helping us find a lawyer, a discounted rate for our mortgage and an insurance policy. We felt like she was there for us the whole way: before, during and after the purchase.
My wife and I loved that first house and started our family there. During those years, Aeriol became a good friend and always made the time to go out for dinner or come over for drinks. When we felt it was time to move up to a bigger house, we knew exactly who to call.
Aeriol was extremely patient with us as we entered the market again. We told her what we were looking for and she kept the listings and showings coming, often suggesting types of houses or locations we had not considered before.
When we found our perfect home, we had to move fast to purchase it and then sell our first home, an even more stressful experience than buying the first one. But Aeriol worked her magic again and we managed to complete both transactions within a two week period. My wife, two daughters and I couldn't be happier in the new house. We feel fortunate to have Aeriol as our realtor because she has the skills and resources to get the job done quickly and efficiently.
But, more than that, Aeriol also sees the bigger picture. She realizes that the decision to buy or sell a home is part of the entire direction one's life is taking. It is more than a financial transaction. And Aeriol is more than a realtor. She is a close and trusted friend who has helped our entire family get to where we want to be. She has our gratitude and respect.
Yours truly,
