Aeriol Nicols is both a Real Estate and Mortgage Broker. She was a burgeoning force in the condo and resale market during the 1980′s and 1990′s. Selling a large volume of homes in the both the Central Core of Toronto and also in the Riverdale Neighbourhood.
After a successful and reward filled 20 year career in the Real Estate Industry Aeriol took a back seat for a number of years to spend time with her family and take care of some important family matters.
During that time she studied the area of Internet Marketing and built a strong internet presence. She also kept in touch with her important Past Client relationships.
Aeriol is ready to return to her first love the Real Estate Industry. She works with a group of highly qualified realtors who aspire to the same code of conduct that assists them in building their business on a referral basis.
She handles mortgages for her clients and for her fellow realtor associates assisting other realtors in building their businesses teaching them to use the latest technology to their greatest advantage.

Nancy Kays brings to the team her knowledge of branding and internet marketing.
Nancy is Aeriol’s right hand woman.
Nancy has always been self employed, being a co-owner in a construction company from 1980 to 1999. She and her husband built up their company from the bottom up, doing mostly city and industrial projects, like water and sewer treatment plants, and other specialty mechanical piping and plumbing work. While at the company she did everything from payroll to driving a dump truck.
Nancy’s love for technology brought her online in the mid 90′s. By 1999, she was collecting domains, building websites and promoting products. In 2000 she taught a college class on website design.
This century has only brought more learning and innovation as she’s perfecting her SEO and Social networking skills.
